Refund Policy

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
  • Contact us at distr0.app and we will help you with the refund through Paddle.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your Distro account settings, or via Paddle. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Refund window

After 14 days we generally do not issue refunds, but we review individual cases — if you believe something has gone wrong (a billing error, a service outage, an unauthorized charge), contact us and we will look at your situation.
