30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every Distro subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
  • Contact us at distr0.app and we will help you with the refund through Paddle.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your Distro account settings, or via Paddle. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund of the current period — request a refund within the 30-day window if you would like your money back.

Beyond 30 days

After 30 days we generally do not issue refunds, but we review individual cases — if you believe something has gone wrong (a billing error, a service outage, an unauthorized charge), contact us and we will look at your situation.
